Review astronomy access & restrictionsApril–November stays are limited to one night, including attempts to reserve separate consecutive nights. Consecutive stays are allowed in the December–March winter season. The FAQ also publishes cancellation charges and special repeated/group-booking rules; obtain the applicable complete terms with the reservation.
The FAQ says overnight guests can leave through the unlocked nighttime entrance for sky viewing or photography. There are no streetlights; bring a light or use the room’s flashlight provided beside the entrance. This does not grant nighttime access to day visitors.
The property limits the number of child guests per day and may stop selling family plans when the quota is reached. Stays by unaccompanied minors under 18 or groups consisting only of high-school students are not accepted. Confirm child ages, occupancy and the correct plan.

Winter December–March access is restricted: ordinary tyres and 2WD cars are not accepted.
